Many useful things available to use including grill, bikes and beach accessories. The space The house is twenty minutes to the Kennedy Space center, cocoa beach and a very pretty nature preserve. The backyard is fenced in and there is a driveway to park on in a quiet neighborhood. Guest access The guests can access any part of the house patio or yard except the shed. Washer and dryer are free to use and are located in the garage.
