Rental unit in Hamburg

In one of the quietest places in Hamburg-St. Pauli - close to the Schanzenviertel, not far from the Reeperbahn - I rent a room in a first floor apartment. There is currently room for 2. Important - the whole apartment is not rented here. The space The apartment is located directly on the forecourt of the Friedenskirche. So, on Sundays from 10 am, there are free bells. Currently it accommodates a maximum of 2 guests. Arrival and departure by arrangement. Guest access The apartment consists of a dining room, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom. Kitchen: Fridge, stove, dishwasher. Washer + dryer (please pay extra for use) Dining room: Table with 4 chairs + sofa bed for you. Bedroom s: Double bed for two. Bath: There is a shower in the bathroom. Fresh towels are included, a hairdryer is available. My room/living room is not part of the rental. Other things to note This is a nice house community with 21 apartments. So that we can to be able to continue to offer the apartment for intermediate rental in the future, it is very important that a nice relationship is maintained with the neighbors. The apartment should be used for also serve as a place to live during a stay in Hamburg. However, not for drunken nights in the apartment, loud parties in this or similar - i.e. feel here at home - but also as you would treat your neighbors, i.e. especially after 10 pm, attention should be paid to the room volume and also before that, it should be kept within limits.
