Solo guests with 5 Star Reviews, who love animals, are welcome to stay in our beautiful double room within a peaceful, elegant Victorian stone built 1st floor apartment, set in the highly affluent area of Morningside. The apartment has been newly decorated with wooden floors in the bedroom and the bathroom. Gorgeous Victorian style cast iron bath with overhead shower. Set in a quiet, family communal stair within a stone throw of the main bus route to all of Edinburgh. The space You’ll be staying in the beautiful area of Morningside. Whilst the room is tucked away in a quiet family street, you are a stones throw from the bustling vibe of Morningside & Bruntsfield with lots of cafes, pubs, and shops to explore. During your stay there plenty of amenities to keep you comfortable and entertained. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided. You are a 10 minute walk away from Blackford Hill where you can see stunning views of the whole city and the main Hills of the City (e.g Arthur’s Seat). Equally, if you wish to be amongst the city feel then you’re either a short 10-15 minute bus ride away or approximately a 25 minute walk to town centre. With the bus stop in touching distance from the home. We are happy to guide you to the closest tourist spots or some hidden gems to go and visit. Guest access You have access to the double bedroom with large wardrobe and the adjacent shared bathroom/WC (with bath tub and shower), as well as the entrance hallway. There is NO access to living room or kitchen areas. During your stay You will either be greeted by myself or Seb. We are all here to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Always great to meet you and get to know a bit about you, whilst also passing on some top tips and places to see, to help you enjoy your stay in beautiful Edinburgh. Other things to note You may meet our friendly pet cat Misty. She’s an oldie of 19 years. Or, Milo who is 4. They come to stay for a sleepover now and again! Our dogs Poppy and Daisy may be in the property too. Please do not book if you are allergic, or dislike, cats or dogs.
