Nicely furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath house tucked away in the dunes on Surfside Vilano Beach . 3 miles from downtown St Augustine and a half mile from Publix . The deck wraps around half the house and provides pretty fantastic ocean views of sunrise and river side sunsets. Each bedroom has a smart tv and a very comfortable Queen or King size bed. TPC Sawgrass is a 20 minute drive north , Daytona International Speedway 70 minutes south , 2 hours to Orlando and Busch Gardens ! Treasure Chest is a freshly furnished three bedroom , two bathroom , seaside stilted cottage , conveniently located on the oceanside in Vilano Beach - Saint Augustine . Only a few minutes walk to Publix and very good local Vilano restaurants . Old downtown Saint Augustine is just over the causeway ( 10 minute drive on a quiet day but 35 on a regular sunny day ) There is plenty of parking under the house and in front . Also a well fenced off property for your little guys . The house is completely for guests only . Nobody will be in the house ( lawn service people ) may stop to perform on a Thursday but I will notify guests before their arrival . They are fast and silent . I like to give our guests their space . However, I am only a phone call or text away and I will answer you promptly. Over the years we have rented an ocean side rental property between Ponte Vedra and Saint Augustine Beach . We loved it so much that we decided to purchase a property where we took all the pros verse cons of all the St Augustine properties and came up with the original area we had rented ; Vilano Beach and we purchased our same rental house of 3 years ago ! We have spent the last 18 months updating and renewing inside and out and now we’d like to share Treasure Chest with you . If you came to just live on the beach and you like walking , you don’t need a car . The local Supermarket ( Publix ) is an easy 10 minute walk . Downtown is a 40 minute walk ( sometimes faster than by car ) Uber is also available. Vilano Beach is not vehicle friendly unless you buy a permit , although you can ride bicycles along it .
