The receptionist/security at the lobby might ask you to show your id before they give you the key and mobile hotspot. And please do inform me on the approximate check in time so I can let them know beforehand. There are two elevator areas; one is right behind the receptionist desk, and another is in front of the receptionist desk. For your convenience, you might use the elevator in front of the receptionist desk. Please tap the access card to enter elevator area and to choose the floor. The unit is placed at 15th floor and located at the left of the elevator. Facilities: Ground floor: raft gym 8th floor: pool, indoor gym, water gym, kidz playground, barbeque are, pilates studio, function room (reading newspaper, watching TV, and dine in together with other guest) 27A and 48th floor: garden Please use your access card to utilize all the facilities. And if you have a vehicle, please use the access card everytime you go in and out apartment building. Detail unit: At the unit, we provide you bed sheet. We also provide you with sanitaries and cutleries (spoon, fork, pan, plate, & bowl) in case you need that. You might use them, but please don't take them away with you when you check out. We also provide you with limited amenities like mineral water. You might consume them. Checked out procedures: Please put the keys and mobile hotspot back to the receptionist desk when you checked out. As we usually receive new guest arrival starting at 2pm, please check out at 1pm. However if you have particular condition that make you check out later than 1pm, please let us know in advance, so we can coordinate with other guest. Others: - there is traditional market within 550m called 'pasar sayur rawa buaya'. you can type it on your google maps. but I believe the people there can not speak english. so you could go to the nearest malls (ramayana cengkareng, lippo mall puti, puri indah mall) to buy groceries. or you can download apps 'sayurbox' or 'klikindomaret' or 'happy fresh' to buy groceries online. you could also download apps 'gojek' or 'grab' to order take-out food. - at the unit, we provide broom, garbage bin, small bucket, scoop, mop, toilet brush. the garbage room is located right besides elevator so please empty regularly the waste to that room - there is clothes line at the balcony incase you want to dry your small clothes. for laundry services (not free), you could go to laundry lady on 1st floor no.2 or contact by whatsapp 0812 8268 6998 / 0896 2231 5614. open : 8am - 9pm - smoking is only allowed on balcony.
