Welcome! Nestled in 1.5 acres of wooded land, complete with private creek, my spacious, open home (2,000 sq. ft) sleeps 7 adults (9 if you also rent Lola's Lakeside Cottage ). Walk to Warren State Dunes Park and take a quick mile-ride to downtown Sawyer for food and fun. This newly renovated home features cathedral ceilings, mid-century modern furniture, 2.5 bathrooms, a large screened-porch, a covered pergola with hammock, blueberry bushes, SW's Michigan's oldest pine, and a fire pit! The space Enjoy multiple common spaces -- an afternoon sitting room to while away the hours reading, an oversized living room with expansive seating and a wood-burning fireplace, a screened-in-porch, a mud room with sun room seating, 1.5 acres of land including massive, climbable tree, fire pit and blueberry bushes, a formal dining room for 8 (10 in a pinch) and a butcher block kitchen island-- with your friends or family! There's also a well stocked baker's kitchen! Enjoy a leisurely bath in the upstairs claw footed tub, or rinse off in two indoor rain showers. Beach gear, including towels and chairs for 6. This is my home, and I'm new to AirBnb having only rented to friends and family. I'm open to conversations about dog guests, but ask you respect the 7 person occupancy limits.
