This second floor room in our historic, 1873 Italianate brick farmhouse on 28 acres is beckoning for guests to come and enjoy it's charm. Originally when the house was built, this was the Servants' Quarters and now serves as the master suite for the Innkeepers. This room has 9' ceilings, Queen bed and en suite bathroom that includes a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The space This second floor bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom that includes a walk-in shower, toilet and sink with heated floors. Originally when the house was built, this was the Servants' Quarters and now serves as the master suite for the Innkeepers. There is a queen bed with windows that face the east and north. The fully restored home features 13' ceilings and original hardwood floors on a rural 4.75 acres. Breakfast can be prepared for an additional $10 per person depending on the hosts' schedule. Please inquire. Guest access In addition to the bedroom, within the house guests will have shared access to the dining room and TV room. Kitchen use is limited to dishes and some fridge space for storage. Outside the grounds are available for use. Laundry is available upon request. Other things to note This home is a loving work in process. After purchasing the home in October 2014, there always seems to be something more to do, another project to tackle. Our property is a working homestead, so there are inherit risks of agritourism activities. In accordance with Indiana State Law, we will be collecting a 7% IN Sales Tax and 3% Innkeepers Tax on all reservations.
