Situated amongst the beautiful pine forests of the Limestone Coast, conveniently located centrally between Mount Gambier and the renowned Coonawarra wineries, Nangwarry is a great base to access the many beautiful locations to explore in the region. Park View Nangwarry has a lovely vista overlooking a park. The park includes a free bbq, playground and is a short walk to peaceful forests. The township of Nangwarry offers a licensed convenience store, road house, and post office. The space The house has lots of room for 6 guests. Two bedrooms feature queen size beds and one bedroom with two singles. The house has reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating. Ample parking on site to accommodate upto 2 cars undercover, plus more space in the driveway for additional vehicles. Please note fireplace is for decorative purposes only. ● Please respect guest numbers, extra guests over 6 by negotiation, any extra guests not disclosed will be charged $50 per head per night, or guests will be asked to vacate immediately. Guest access Access is available to the whole house, and yard. Other things to note *** Wood fireplace is decorative only, home is heated by reverse cycle air-conditioning.*** *** Charging of electric vehicles - please advise us if you need access to the outside power outlet which is locked, we ask that vehicles are charged during the day while the solar panels to the house are offseting the costs, we understand this is not always possible and reserve the right to charge for each overnight charge.
