With a full kitchen and living room it’s a great place for all visitors to Searcy and Harding. We are located only 1 block away from campus. The space Located 1 block from campus, a short walk and an even shorter bike ride. Guest access This house is a duplex and guest have their own private entrance and parking. The duplex has shared walls and some noise can be heard when both sides are occupied and you are in the kitchen or living room areas. Other things to note With being a duplex house, and house hold supplies provided, we can not have large groups or parties, and please no loud noise or music There is no smoking or pets allowed on the property. If the house smells like smoke after checkout or there is excessive cleaning required, you will be charged a cleaning fee of 100 Dollars.
