Light-flooded loft in the heart of Leipzig

Located in a quiet enclave in the heart of Leipzig, it invites you to recharge your batteries and linger. On 2 open floors & almost 80 square meters there is plenty of room to breathe. The lovingly furnished bright kitchen-living room allows you to enjoy. The cozy sleeping cave in the basement, which you reach through a metal staircase in the industrial style, is not only a dream for couples. If you leave the curtain open, you will be greeted by the first rays of the sun in the morning. Huge windows over 2 floors make the loft special. The space Cold feet adieu - there is underfloor heating here, even in the bathroom. There is a walk-in shower and bathtub and also a piano that is a bit out of tune, but can be played. There is also room for 4 or more people - but due to the loft character in a common room on 2 floors (bed & sofa bed). The courtyard and porch are welcome to be used. The kitchen has a large fridge, a modern induction stove, a water and an Italian espresso maker, but there is no oven or microwave. But the sun shines in your face with your morning coffee. LGBTQ, international, (English or Spanish) requests are welcome! Guest access Access is the main entrance at ground level via the courtyard.
