Privacy abounds at this waterfront one bedroom guest house with breathtaking water views throughout. The Crab House is located in the boating community of Stoney Creek. It is 20 minutes from BWI airport, 30 minutes north of Annapolis, 20 minutes from Baltimore's Inner Harbor and an hour from DC. Feel free to bring your boat, jetski, kayak or paddleboard, or use the kayak or paddleboards we have onsite. AA County 144190 Unobstructed water views and water access! Feel free to sit down by the water, take out a kayak or paddleboard, enjoy a fire by the beach or just relax in the surroundings. Make a meal in the fully functional kitchen or reach out to Grubhub, UberEats, or Doordash for delivery from 100s of local restaurants. Guests will have exclusive access to the guesthouse during their stay. At times the pier and ramp may be accessed to take the boat out, but owner will not be using the pier otherwise. Guests will not have access to the garage underneath the Crab House. We’re available for any questions, but our guests are free to make themselves at home and relax. Waterwood Trail is a privately maintained gravel road in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, surrounded by preservation land. It's a nice, quiet area with lots of deer and other wildlife, but located within 10-15 minutes of multiple restaurants and grocery stores. There is ample parking for guests at the base of the Crab House stairs. Guests are free to walk Waterwood Trail, but restaurants/stores will require a vehicle. Parties and events are not permitted at the Crab House! All pets must be included on the reservation so hosts can arrange for additional cleaning measures and provide furniture covers.
