Only five minutes from scores of places like Dimond Mall, Walgreens, laundry, Safeway, Home Depot, Lowes, Office Depot, Qdoba, Subway, KFC, Olive Garden, Wendy's, Taco Bell, Panda, Thai, Italian, Ribs, Mexican, you name it. Every chain in Anchorage has a location right here in the Dimond area, along with so many independent shops and restaurants. This is an entire floor of the house with safe, free parking and a private entrance. Guest access Parking is available on the right side of my driveway. Open the front gate and pass around the right side of the house to your private entrance on the back of the house. Other things to note This is a quiet location in a residential neighborhood. Bottom floor on the back side of a house, with double 5/8" sheet rock walls and quadruple-paned windows. You will sleep soundly.
