Every low tide you can walk half a mile or so straight out to sea out on the geophysical phenomenon that is the Whitstable Street (the spit of shingle directly beneath the house). The Beacon House was so named as a beacon warned sea farers of the spit with a beacon in the garden. The grounds are tranquil and sea-facing. Within the property you have the sitting room, comfy kitchen, study & four bedrooms in which to relax. The decks and pilot's cabin too are ideal spaces from which to contemplate the sea vistas beneath. The veranda ensures the beach is a constant delight.
