A unique triangle shaped two storey lodge with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms set in 96 acres of parkland with lakes, woodland and walking trails. There is a kids play area, 3 well-stocked fishing lakes and tennis courts. Also on-site is the dreadlock escape rooms. Many superb beaches are 20-30 minutes drive, the Eden Project is 7 miles away. The space Rockpool is a great family holiday home in the heart of Cornwall, a well equipped and comfortable lodge designed for 4-5 people, the ground floor has open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area and there is a twin bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, On the first floor is the master double bedroom and family bathroom. The leisure complex includes the indoor heated swimming pool, a gym, small shop, bar and restaurant. The restaurant is closed in the winter. Outdoors there is a childrens play area, two all-weather tennis courts, lakeside walking trails and a scenic jogging track. Two well-stocked coarse fishing lakes are on-site. There are plenty of open spaces and grass areas for kids to enjoy some freedom and play outdoors. There is also The Dreadlock Escape Rooms, a fun and fully-immersive experience for people of all ages and experience! Extra charges apply for this. This lodge is fully equipped and maintained to provide a comfortable and stylish place to relax while on holiday and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment required for a self catering holiday home. The front of the lodge features large windows and a door which opens onto the terrace with views over the landscaped grounds. There is a table outside for guests to sit and enjoy the natural green surroundings. The lounge has two sofas, one is a sofa bed for an extra two guests, tv and there is a dining table with 6 chairs, also on the ground floor is the twin bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs is the double bedroom and a bathroom with a corner bath and separate shower. This lodge can easily accommodate four people or six people with the sofa bed and it is possible to provide an extra air/camp bed for an additional child if required. Please request when booking. Rockpool Lodge is located at a holiday park which has a leisure complex with an indoor pool, gym, small shop and restaurant. The restaurant is closed in the Winter. All the bedding is provided but please remember to take your own towels. If you would like to use the travel cot please take your own bedding and mattress if needed. Dogs are welcome to stay, there is an extra charge of £40 per trip for a dog. Please confirm if you would like to bring a dog when you book. Guest access This lodge is easy to find just a short distance from the A30 and close to Cornwall Services with a range of amenities. A car is required to explore the local area and you can park right outside the lodge. Other things to note This is a self contained holiday home with a local property manager close by if you need anything during your stay. A professional cleaning company is employed to make sure the lodge is spotlessly clean and everything is in place ready for guests arrival. All the beds will be made ready for guests to stay but please remember to take your own towels. Pets are welcome to stay in this lodge. Please confirm if you will be bringing a pet with you when you book, there is an extra charge of £40 per trip. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. This is a family friendly holiday park and we do not allow single sex groups to stay in Rockpool Lodge. The minimum age for group bookings is 30.
