On the 3rd floor with lift, it is ideally located in a quiet street between the town centre, the train station and the entrance to Old Antibes. The beaches, shops, bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. Ideal for a romantic break or professional ! The space This 30 sqm studio is located on the 3rd floor of a building in the centre of Antibes in a quiet street. It is very luminous, facing west and has a little balcony. It opens onto a large living room with its open kitchen fully furnished. The living room is comprised of: - a convertible sofa which sleeps up to 140 cm wide. -a coffee table -a furniture with a Smart TV -a dinner table for 4 people -large cupboard for storage The kitchen is very practical and enables the cooking of meals with notably: -Oven -hob -kitchen tools -coffee machine -Kettle -fridge/freezer -and so on. A private bathroom with: -Shower cubicle -Washing machine A separated restroom. Our travelers will be able to take benefit of an outdoor space thanks to a small balcony fitted out with table, 2 chairs and an electric blind for more intimacy. Please note: bed linen and towels are included in the rental price Our travelers can enjoy a Reversible air conditioner for a maximum comfort. Guest access Our visitors will have access to the entire flat Other things to note Travellers are also reminded that : . Arrival must be arranged by appointment at least 24 hours prior to arrival between 15:00 and 21:00 . You will be contacted the day before your arrival via Whats App on the number attached to your airBnB profile to give you arrival instructions. Please ensure that we can reach you on this number. . We will be available by phone or Whats App and on the booking platform from 9am to 9pm 7/7 . The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and put away after your departure. . Thank you for taking down your rubbish before your final departure from the accommodation. . The accommodation is non-smoking, any transgression of this rule will be charged 150€ to cover the cost of cleaning and deodorising. . We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival (soap, toilet paper, garbage bags). The products at your disposal are welcome products, they are there to allow you to arrive in peace. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. This will depend on your personal consumption. . Only one set of keys will be provided . In the event of an emergency or problem requiring our intervention we will be able to intervene in the accommodation by appointment between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm . Unjustified displacements due to the fact that travellers do not follow the hosts' instructions or because they do not know how to use the functional equipment provided will be charged 49€. .
