The space Modern Waterfront Getaway 🏠✨ Experience the comfort of this newly furnished, cozy home built in 2018. Enjoy stunning water views from the lanai or relax at the concrete dock with its inviting sitting area—your perfect home away from home. Guest access You have full access to all common shared areas, including the living room, kitchen, cookware, lanai, bathroom, and the relaxing sitting area in the backyard by the canal. All guests are expected to keep all personal items in their private room. No clutter on countertops or storage in common area allowed. Please keep neat and tidy as you find it pictured in photos. Cabinets available for food storage and refrigerator shelves marked for each room use. Shared vanity has vanity and cabinet as well. During your stay Debra, is readily available to address your inquiries, engage in conversation, or provide you with recommendations for places to visit and activities to enjoy. Living a few blocks away available for immediate issues that may arise on occasion. Please contact Debra to resolve any concerns, lightbulb out, something not operating as it should. Guest issues. We expect an opportunity to fix something that is amiss while you are there so you may to enjoy your entire stay. Seeing an issue in a review after the fact , or being relayed to Airbnb without communicating to the host to remedy. There is no refunds or discounts to be given, communication is key for all parties to remedy. We will not provide any type of refund, discount or reimbursement without communicating at time issue may arise. Please do not wait and keep it all to yourself pinpoint host after the fact. I expect to be notified at time for all guests staying to enjoy a flawless stay. Please also note we have regular pest control administered to keep out any critters. Spiders and other critters happen , with this in mind we ask guests to not leave any doors or windows open for pests to enter. It takes 1 seconds for a gecko, or fly or any critters to enter. Please do not leave front door wide open when loading and unloading things. This is Florida they will get in at times even with our best pest control, please help keep it down by keeping home closed. No refunds will be issued for an errant bug, roach or gecko noticed at some point, this includes the outdoor lanai. If you are obsessed and frightened of these natural critters Florida may not be for you. Other things to note To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, please be considerate of their privacy. This is a shared home no visitors at all are allowed , only registered guests. This is for safety and security of all registered guests who are approved through airbnb. We kindly request that you observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. Keep the shared kitchen area tidy by promptly washing, drying, and putting away all dishes, pots, and pans. Alternatively, you can place them in the dishwasher and ensure it's run and emptied on the same day. Avoid leaving items in the dishwasher to accommodate other guests. Additionally, please wipe down all countertops and any dining areas, such as tables, after use. Our goal is to maintain a clean space, just as you found it upon check-in, for the benefit of all guests. We conduct thorough cleaning and sanitation after each checkout, and you'll find cleaning supplies available for your use in the kitchen closet and bathrooms. For laundry, kindly complete it by 9 PM to maintain a quiet environment during those hours. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
