Two 2 bedroom private apartment, on the second floor. Just like home but with the amenities of a hotel ! 20 minute drive to Downtown Buffalo, 20 minute drive to Niagara Falls. On a bus line. Uber & Lyft now available. Close to the University of Buffalo, Buffalo State College, Niagara University. Quiet family neighborhood. Less than a block walk to a Bar & Grill and a Pizzeria. We occupy the lower apartment so all questions will be promptly answered. The space Fully stocked kitchen. Gas stove/oven, Fridge, Microwave, Pots, Pans, Utensils, Dishware, Toaster & Coffee Maker. Coffee and Tea supplied. You are welcome to anything in the fridge, there will be some water, pop, basic condiments. Guest access The apartment is all yours !!! No parties, only registered guests in the apartment without prior approval. Other things to note November 15th to March 1st we are on winter parking rules. Cars must be off the street 2am until 6am. We ask the you park in the street during the day. Pull your car in the driveway up to the gate when you are in for the night. As we must also park in the driveway we will do our best not to disturb your stay but we may need to communicate to move car as needed. In the Summer please park in the street for the duration of your stay. As of March 1st, 2020 we are on Summer parking rules, please park in the street.
