Two 2 bedroom private apartment, on the second floor. Just like home but with the amenities of a hotel ! 20 minute drive to Downtown Buffalo, 20 minute drive to Niagara Falls. On a bus line. Uber & Lyft now available. Close to the University of Buffalo, Buffalo State College, Niagara University. Quiet family neighborhood. Less than a block walk to a Bar & Grill and a Pizzeria. We occupy the lower apartment so all questions will be promptly answered. Fully stocked kitchen. Gas stove/oven, Fridge, Microwave, Pots, Pans, Utensils, Dishware, Toaster & Coffee Maker. Coffee and Tea supplied. You are welcome to anything in the fridge, there will be some water, pop, basic condiments. The apartment is all yours !!! No parties, only registered guests in the apartment without prior approval. When I'm home I like to greet you at the door just to say HI ! There is a book on the dining room table with important information such as WIFI passwords, TV operations ect... Also some of our favorite places to visit, restaurant menus from nearby places, a bus schedule ect... We are located just a 10 minute drive from the Elmwood Village/Allentown area. (or catch the #20 bus at the end of our street) Elmwood Village is noted for its art & music as well as its many quaint shops. Allentown is loaded with many nightclubs, local bars and eateries. Another 10 minutes south and you are in the heart of Downtown Buffalo. Visits Canal Side for a view of our waterway. The Keybank Center, home of the Buffalo Sabres, Buffalo Bandits and concert venue. Right around the corner is the Cobblestone District, enjoy a night of comedy at The Helium Comedy Club then visit one of the many Brew Pubs. Also Close by: The Buffalo Zoo, Shea's Theatre, Kleinhans Music Hall, River Works, Seneca Buffalo Casino and Salen Field. The bus stop is located at the end of our street, Elmwood Ave. The #20 runs every 15 minutes and takes you all the way Downtown, or up to Niagara Falls. Buffalo now has Uber & Lyft. November 15th to March 1st we are on winter parking rules. Cars must be off the street 2am until 6am. We ask the you park in the street during the day. Pull your car in the driveway up to the gate when you are in for the night. As we must also park in the driveway we will do our best not to disturb your stay but we may need to communicate to move car as needed. In the Summer please park in the street for the duration of your stay. As of March 1st, 2020 we are on Summer parking rules, please park in the street.
