House Guidelines 🌿 We want your experience to be unforgettable, so please keep in mind: -Maximum capacity: 9 guests and up to 2 pets 🐶 -No smoking inside the bedrooms -No parties or extra visitors beyond the allowed capacity -Music only on small speakers, between 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. -Fireworks are not allowed Guest access All the property is yours to enjoy. Other things to note Unlike other Airbnbs, at Casa Edén you’ll have the dedicated attention of Chamba and Morena, who will make your stay more comfortable. We suggest a tip of $25 per day for each as a token of appreciation. A unique benefit: your stay includes the use of a motorboat and kayak so you can explore the estuary and experience it from the water. (Fuel not included.) For safety reasons, Jet Skis are not available at the property. Chamba can refer you to a local who rents them, but we do not recommend it.
