The beach house is a short 2.5 block walk to Ocean Beach and a quick walk to Newport Avenue bars and restaurants like South Beach Bar & Grille, Hodad's, Wonderland Ocean Pub, & OB Noodle house. Close to Downtown, Oldtown and the airport. You’ll love my place because of the location, the private parking, wifi, direct TV (showtime/HBO) and the yard. I provide two beach cruisers, two surf boards, small cooler and a wagon. The space The house is a cute, newly re-modled 1950's beach house in a prime location to enjoy all that Ocean Beach and San Diego has to offer. It's the perfect location for families, couples or individuals to vacation at the beach and has space for 6 guests and easy access to the beach. Pets are not allowed at this location. Plan on preparing meals or snacks in the fully stocked kitchen that includes a coffee maker, microwave, blender, dishes, crockpot, pots and pans and storage contains for leftovers. Or if you'd rather take the day off from cooking, many famous and highly suggested restaurants are within a short walk. When it's time to call it a night the 6 guests can comfortably rest on the queen sized bed in the bedroom, a full bed and twin bed in the other bedroom. The queen sized pull out couch in the living room. There is also an elevated air mattress in the closet that quickly and easily inflates. Private parking is provided for one vehicle, and 2 beach cruiser's are available for use. Pets are not allowed at this location. If you are planning on bringing a pet, please inquire about our other Airbnb home. Guest access Home has a coded keypad and updated code will be provided the day of check in. Guest has access to listed home, parking space and yard. Other things to note 2 beach cruiser available. Inquire about bike trailer and additional bikes. Small washer and dryer are in the house. Two laundromats are within a short walk. The airport flight path is over Ocean Beach and occasionally that impacts our location. Typically the disruptions are minimal (flights run from 6am to 11pm). A white noise device is provided in the rental, but consider using earplugs if you're sensitive. Garbage pick up is Monday morning and may be a bit loud on occasion.
