The space The space is large in the lower level of my house. It’s freshly remodeled with new furniture and appliances. It’s cozy and private with its own bathroom, living room, kitchen, bedroom, laundry room, foyer, own entrance, and outdoor seating bistro chair furniture for 2 on patio, as shown in pics. Place is centrally located, near The Tiny Diner, Powderhorn Park, local shops and stores—including Southdale Mall-Lunds Buyerly’s grocery store, Seward Organic Food Coop, and many more. Additional features include: About a 15 minute train ride or car ride to the airport, easy access to highway, free easy street parking, bike trails, and so on. Owner lives in the upper level of the house. Premises is smoking free and no partying. Solid comfortable and spacious island area in kitchen for meals and/or as a designated work space. Inflatable queen size mattress available for a 3rd guest if needed. Brand new high quality mattress is used for the queen size bed in the spacious bedroom along with high quality linen and pillows with extra blanket. Guest access There is a patio by guest private entrance. Other things to note A modest exercise bench is available along with a pair of 55, 25, and 5 lbs dumbbells for basic weight training. If interested in walking or jogging, Powderhorn park is walking distance and makes a great running site around the lake. Nokomis Lake is nearby also, approximately a 10 minute drive.
