I brought the whole family to this fantastic home with plenty of room to enjoy. Great location. The house is super comfortable and spacious. Take care of the place as if it were your home; feel at HOME. The space The accommodation is on two floors. On the ground floor, it has a large living room, kitchen, laundry and toilet, all are super spacious spaces. A beautiful patio with a pool that is not heated. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, which are spacious and comfortable. Both bathrooms upstairs with bathtub and very comfortable. If you want outdoor parks just 15 minutes away. Two blocks away is a very nice lake to walk The neighborhood is forested with many trees. There may be additional charges for early check-ins depending on check-in time. Get in touch with your host if you need to check in early. CHECKOUT - Late checkout after 11:00 am without approval will result in a full day automatic fee and guests will not be able to stay at night. NUMBER OF GUESTS • The maximum number of guests is 6 people. No visitors are allowed, either inside the house or in the pool area. •Not rented for mass events if you want to do an event please Contacting the host • Unauthorized events are subject to a fine of $250 to $2,000. CLEANING • We have a cleaning service charged with the stay An additional cleaning service fee will be charged if the property is left extremely / cluttered/dirty • There will be an additional cleaning charge if guests leave trash in the courtyard. • We leave towels that are for use in the showers inside the house and others for use in the pool. • If we find towels or sheets with self-tanning makeup or any stain that does not come off easily, we will charge extra for the replacement of the same. 30 USD per towel 100 USD per sheet regardless of bed size or towel size. AROUND - No fireworks allowed - firearms are PROHIBITED - Loud music is not allowed after 9pm PETS • Pets are only allowed for an extra charge of $50 per pet. • No pets inside the rooms or on the beds - Undeclared pets will be charged $250 per night NO SMOKING •Absolutely no smoking inside the home. If there is any smell or evidence of smoking inside the house, a charge of $1000 will be applied for the remediation of smoke. • If you smoke in the yard or outside, please make sure to dispose of the remaining trash and take care of the ashes. If not, an extra cleaning fee will apply.
