Furnis Villa for a relaxing stay

The upper two floors of Furnis Villa, a 150 year old detached three storey sandstone house centrally located in a quiet three house cul-de-sac. Recently renovated and furnished to a high standard. Very comfortable to live in and ideal for a few nights or a longer stay. The entrance is at the rear and accessed along the alleyway to the left of the property (NOT the ground floor front door). Parking is usually easily available in the cul-de-sac close to the house. PLEASE READ ‘Guest access’ below. The space Guests have sole use of the appartment as listed below. Lower level (first floor) The living area has a large six-seater 'L' shaped sofa, a small table and two chairs (two extra chairs are stored in the hallway cupboard), Samsung 50 inch 4K Ultra HD TV (Freesat and Netflix connected) and LG DVD player. The Kitchen is directly off the living room and has a full cooker, Combination microwave, Kettle, toaster, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The Bathroom is much larger and luxurious than average and contains a bath and seperate shower. Upper level (top floor) Two large bedrooms with built-in fitted wardrobes. Each room has a double bed with a high quality mattress and bedding. WiFi and Gas central heating are available in all rooms. There is a current gas safety certificate. A carbon-monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and linked fire alarms are fitted. Guest access Standard price per night is based on one person or two people occupying one bedroom. If the second bedroom is required please reserve as though three people will be staying (there is no extra charge for a fourth person if they are to share the second bedroom). Other things to note Please only use the entrance door at the rear of the property. The ground floor flat has a seperate owner and I would not like them disturbed unnecessarily. On arrival tea, coffee, milk. sugar, snacks and breakfast cereals are supplied.
