Two story wooden dock for relaxing, sunning, and fishing. Wrap around deck wonderful for relaxing in the shade or enjoying the sunsets. Great for a family or get away with friends! Close to wineries. The space King bed in main bedroom. Two twin beds in second bedroom. Twin trundle bed in third bedroom. Bathroom includes a stall shower and hair dryer available for use. Kitchen is fully equipped with tableware, glassware, flatware, cookware, full size refrigerator, separate beverage refrigerator, oven, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Gas grill available for cooking. Lakeside yard with hammock. Washer/dryer. Three car parking. Ceiling fans in main living area and all bedrooms. One portable fan and two window fans. Window a/c unit in living area. Great swimming. Due to the rocky bottom of the lake, water shoes are recommended. Dock and boat lift are not available for personal watercraft (boats, fishing boats, jet skis) Picnic table in yard overlooking lake. Fire circle available for small camp fires. NO smoking. NO exceptions! Cell service available. Wifi. No pets. Please leave the cottage in the same clean condition as you found it in. Basic cleaning supplies are provided. Dishwasher and dish soap are also provided. Because the running water in the cottage comes directly from the lake, the owners installed a UV water filtration system that the drinking water in the kitchen goes through before it enters the house. This water is safe to drink; however, as a precautionary measure, the owners suggest that you also bring your own drinking water. The water is safe for cooking and bathing.
