1 large furnished room in a beautiful 2-story house in a safe, quiet neighborhood. 10 min to beach, 5 min to gym/shopping center. Room is upstairs with access to a double-vanity full bathroom that may be shared with one other guest. Guest will have access to wifi, street parking, kitchen, refrigerator, washer/dryer privileges. Guest will be sharing the home with the owner and potentially one other guest in a separate room. My place is good for couples, students, and business travelers.
