Pvt Suite w/Treehouse Vibe!

Newly updated: Room remodeled -Sept 2024 Water softener system-Jan 2024. A relaxing space with a totally private entrance and deck. This suite is on the second floor of the main home. The room is separated by a private hallway within the split-level style home. The space is cozy and quaint. Yet, noise from my family may be heard. 1 full beds 1 full-sized daybed 1 lazy boy (electric/lift/massage) 1 twin trundle bed (available for 5 guest occupancy) The space The room is 11x23. The are slight variations from the photo. Bedding may be different from the photo. Parking: Parking is available on the street and possibly onsite. No guarantee of onsite parking but guests may park on the street for free. Note: 1. No PETS and NO smoking in room 2. The path to the home includes stairs (three to the pathway and four steps to the bottom deck to the room). 3. Pool is open until Labor Day. It is not included in your fees and will not be maintained for guests’ purposes. Guests are welcomed to access pool but no refunds will be provided If it does not meet your standards. Maintenance of the pool is challenging so please do not book this room if you are doing so for the pool. In the guesthouse, guests have access to the following: 1. Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot 2. TV with Apple TV streaming device 3. Free WiFi 4. Clothes hanging space with hangers 5. Iron/Ironing board 6. Hair dryer. 7. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash 8. HOME AC/heat +wall AC/space heater 9. Ceiling fan 10. Bathroom with shower: toilet with cold water bidet 11. 3 beds: Double bed, full-sized Daybed with twin size trundle Guest access Outdoor spaces provided to guests are offered as a courtesy, like the pool, decks, etc. These accommodations are primarily maintained for the homeowner's family use. As such, no refunds will be issued if the courtesy spaces do not meet guest expectations. Guests are welcomed to access the following: 1. Pool will not be cleaned for guests purposes due to limited service available if homeowner is away. 2. Backyard decks, with the exception of the 1st floor deck attached to home 3. Outdoor grills (free propane) and charcoal grill available, but guests provide charcoal and accessories for use During your stay Available by phone and text at all times as late as 1:00 AM. Welcomed to interact with host when available. Other things to note No smoking inside the guest suite Totally private entry and exit. No shared personal spaces. No Pets allowed Note: There are other AirBnb rooms onsite, but all have their own space and amenities. Guests are at least 25-50 ft apart.
