“Valley View” is a spacious self- contained Annexe located in a lovely setting in the Devon countryside within easy access of Exeter and the University, moors and beaches. The garden apartment has its own private entrance ,and patio, parking on our gravel drive ,and comfortably sleeps two people and offers modern facilities whilst furnished in the traditional country style.: A large, light lounge-diner, fully equipped country kitchen, and spacious double bedroom with ensuite shower room . The space We live in the main house which Valley View is part of and we will welcome you in person . We have pets on the property - a little cat Mimi and a puppy Bella . Our annexe which is ground level is very spacious overlooking the garden and we hope you enjoy the lovely scenery and varied opportunities and activities of this part of Devon . A welcome tray awaits you upon arrival. Guest access We are well located for the A30 (2 miles) M5 and routes to the beaches. Approx 10 miles away from Dartmoor and only 3 miles from Exeter City Centre. for the shops, our beautiful Cathedral and Exeter Quays. Other things to note I follow the Enhanced Cleaning Process .
