Welcome to our riverfront cottage nestled in the Municipality of Trent Hills, northeast Northumberland County on the Trent River. Get ready to be within a cottage country setting with wildlife such as mosquitoes, insects, fish, turtles, water snakes, etc. Our home boast 2 bedrooms on the mainfloor and 3 bedrooms on the second floor. It is perfect for families or just as a fun retreat with a group of friends! If you love fishing and seeing water wildlife this is the perfect place for you. The space A large spacious waterfront home that is only minutes away from popular neighbouring towns. Havelock, Norwood, Hastings and Most importantly Campbellford are just a cluster of nearby neighbourhoods to visit and only 15-20 mins away. You are welcome to bring your own kayaks, canoes, or even boats. This area is popular for fishing on the Trent River. You can also rent these water sport recreation crafts right in Campbellford if you do not have your own. You may swim in the river if you decide to do so. Be aware there are fish, and other water creatures such as waterfowl and water snakes as in all rivers and lakes. We recommend water shoes. Always use caution in and around water areas! Do not leave anyone, especially children unattended. *MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 POSITIVE REVIEWS *NO PARTIES Guest access You will have access to the entire home excluding the garage and one room which will be locked that is located in the front foyer. You may use the entire backyard but please respect our neighbour's privacy. Please be aware that neighbours beside and surrounding area have pets such as dogs that may accidentally come onto the property. Please use caution. Other things to note *NO PARTIES ON THE PREMISES *MUST HAVE MINIMUM 3 POSITIVE REVIEWS You will have access to a full kitchen with fridge and stove including pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, cooking utensils, serving dishes etc... There is a microwave, toaster, rice cooker, slow cooker, and blender on site. Some of the small appliances are located in the foyer closet. We also recommend bringing your own drinking water. Basically, you will have everything you need in the kitchen. Limited paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags are included in your stay. It is a good idea to bring extra of these items if you use them excessively. Please note that the air conditioner is limited to the main floor living/family area. All rooms have a ceiling fan. *Please be aware that linens and towels are not included in your stay! Each bed/mattress has a protective covering on top. Please place your linen or sheets on top of it. Do not sleep or lay down on mattress without your own covering on top!
