Guest access THE APARTMENT OF 40 M2 CONSISTS of: living room with double sofa bed (comfortable), bedroom with double bed (very comfortable!), bathroom with toilet and bathtub, kitchen and small storage room. Doors are between each room, and five windows facing west, beautiful afternoon light. AVAILABLE: Hi-Speed WiFi, home phone with unlimited calls to landlines in mainland France, HiFi channel with jack. Duvets (down), pillows and clean towels provided. COMPLETE and FUNCTIONAL APPLIANCES: fridge, freezer, washing machine, induction stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, blender, vacuum cleaner. All cooking utensils, pots and dishes, as well as staples (pasta, rice, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices, etc...). Feel at home and feel free to serve yourself, but please buy back what you finish… THE APARTMENT (40 sq meters) consists of 4 rooms plus a small storage room, all separated by a door. Very sunny in the afternoon, thanks to 5 windows west-oriented. The main room has a warm feeling with its big couch that can become a bed and accommodate two people. The bedroom has a large and very comfortable (it’s mine!) bed for two people. Towels and linen are provided. Bright and blue kitchen fully equipped with induction hobs, fridge, microwave, toaster, mixer, water-boiler, and all utensils. You may use staple foods (pasta, rice, lentils and so on), seasonings and spices — reasonably of course! The bathroom (with toilets and washing machine) has a large bath that you can relax in after a long day of walking through Paris' streets! PROVIDED: -Feathers duvet and pillows -Fresh bed sheets and towels -High speed Internet in the flat -Stereo + jack IN SHORT: Sleep up to 4 people: -King size bed in the room -Convertible couch in the living room, same size. Other things to note ATTENTION, there IS NO HOTEL or tourist rental: I only rent my apartment when I am away, so I leave my books, photos, and personal belongings there: this is what explains the security deposit that may seem high (250 euros). Of course I make room during the rental periods, you will have no trouble putting down your suitcases! Since I don't do a business year-round, I don't use professionals to come and clean: also, if I do my best, you may find some dust under the couch… I expect hosts a little effort to leave the apartment in a correct state of cleanliness, as you found it.
