Surrounded by restaurants, shops, cafes, grocery stores and all the amenities you'd need to be comfortable and at home. Large pool under screened lanai means no mosquitoes! The pool is NOT heated but water in summer months is warm. Fully renovated. Smart Tv, Wifi & Cable included. Plenty of driveway parking. We do kindly ask that as our guests, you treat our home as you would your own. If you are planning on having visitors please let us know who is coming and their ages. Daytime visitors only and we limit visitors to 2 persons per day. No parties is one of our house rules. We take this matter very seriously and will be pursuing your security deposit in full if this rule is broken. We can't have people outside of your approved number of guests "coming and going" For security and liability reasons. If you're planning to have a large dinner bbq/pool party with anyone outside of the approved guests during booking please do so at a restaurant, a public pool or the beach. Thank you
