Only 20 minutes from Niagara Falls, Niagara Falls Outlet Mall, Niagara Falls Casino, 20 minutes to downtown Buffalo, 15 minutes to the Galleria Mall and Buffalo Niagara International Airport, and 5 minutes from The University of Buffalo (UB) North Campus. Property is on a somewhat busier street, but has driveway parking with a turn around. Can fit 2-4 cars. Other things to note WiFi and door code will be provided check in day.
