Enjoy your stay in a completely private small, cozy guest suite that is located close to Uptown and near the historic districts of Plaza Midwood and Noda. The small, cozy bedroom was built in 2018 and features a queen-sized Murphy bed, a smart TV, a full bathroom, 2 blackout curtains, a white noise sound machine, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a Keurig, two closets, and is pet-friendly (dog bowls are provided). The space This small, cozy, private guest suite features a queen-sized Murphy bed (wall bed), a full bathroom, and a private entrance with keyless entry. The small, cozy guest suite also offers self-check-in and a dog run in the back for pet-friendly guests or enjoy the front outdoor sitting area. This cozy 1 bedroom is great for 1 to 2 people who share small spaces well. Free street parking is available and the keyless entry code will be provided on the day of check-in between 12 pm and 2:59 pm to ensure a hassle-free arrival experience. The small, cozy suite is located on the bottom floor of a townhome but is entirely private to you. Occasionally you will hear noise above as someone does rent the space above. Guests do NOT have access to the rest of the home nor does the renter staying in the unit above have access to the small, cozy, guest suite. Guest access Inside the guests will only have access to the small, cozy guest suite (not the entire townhome). Inside the small, cozy guest suite guests will have a queen-sized Murphy bed, a full bathroom, two closets, a smart TV, two blackout curtains, a white noise sound machine, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a Keurig, and kitchenette items like disposal cups, bowls, plates, and utensils. Outside the guests will have access to the front outdoor sitting area and the free off-street parking. If you have a pet, you will have access to the shared townhome community dog run. During your stay I live nearby, so if guests need anything, please feel free to message me through the Airbnb app if you have any questions or concerns. Other things to note This Airbnb is pet friendly with a pet FEE per pet of $15 and ALL pets need to be REGISTERED at booking and before arrival. All pets need to be on a leash at all times when walking around outside & around the neighborhood. The dog run is shared with the rest of the townhome community.
