Remember to plan your trips since we’re further away from other spots. 🚘 If you’re using Uber or Bolt, make sure to schedule your rides or order them 30-45 minutes ahead. Pro tip: use both apps at the same time to boost your chances of finding a ride. ⭕️ To reach us, all roads are paved except for the last stretch, which is a 10-minute ride on an unpaved road. This can be a bit challenging if you're not driving, but don’t let a little bumpy road stop you from enjoying our comfy and affordable Airbnb. It’s nothing a brave traveler like you can’t handle. 📝 Here’s your game plan: ✅️ Advance planning: Schedule your rides early. ✅️ Double-check rides: Use both Uber and Bolt to see which one is available. ✅️ Stock up: Keep extra snacks and drinks just in case it rains. ✅️ Call a rider: We have a list of motor and taxi riders you can call if you can't find a ride. ‼️ Kindly take note of the following HOUSE RULES: 🚭 NO SMOKING POLICY: Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises. 🚫 ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES FORBIDDEN: It is forbidden to undertake any illegal activity in the facility. Using internet access for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. 📝 GUEST SIGN IN: Upon arrival, all guests will be required to sign a registration form. This helps us keep accurate records and ensure a smooth check-in process. 🚫 NO PARTIES ON THE PREMISES: No parties are allowed for individual room guests. 🚫 UNREGISTERED GUESTS Please give us prior notice if you intend to invite or host any other persons in the house. Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay overnight. 🚫 DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for replacing any damaged items or equipment. All damages must be reported to the host immediately. 🚫 DO NOT USE THE AC'S WHEN RUNNING ON BACKUP POWER: In case of a power outage, the generator will be turned on. Please do not use the air conditioning units during these times to prevent overloading the generator. Instead, use the fans provided in each room. This helps us ensure that everyone can benefit from the backup power. 🚫 TURN APPLIANCES OFF WHEN NOT IN USE: Save energy by turning off the water heater and unused appliances, fans, switches, or lights. Switch off the water pump at night if it's not being used. Please do not leave the ACs on when leaving the room. ✅️ KEEP THE HOUSE CLEAN & TIDY 🔸️KITCHEN - Clean up any dishes and utensils immediately after use. 🔸️TRASH - Dispose of trash in provided waste bins. Bagged rubbish should go in the kitchen bin daily. 🔸️SHEETS & TOWELS: - Keep used towels and bedsheets together for easy collection on cleaning day.
