This is our penthouse on the sixth floor of a modern building in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from Piazza Università, via Etnea and the cathedral of Catania. The décor is youthful and colorful. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and a living room, kitchen and dining area. The terrace with breathtaking views over the whole city, Etna and the sea and the domes of the cathedral for sunbathing. This apartment comfortably accommodate 6 people but offers space for 8 in total. The space The size of this beautifully apartment, with the completely renovated rooms are ideally suited to comfortably accommodate entire families. Grandparents, parents and children from one group of travelers appreciate the opportunity to share the same home, but without having to give up their own large rooms in which to recharge their batteries for a new day exploring eastern Sicily. Guest access From the large entrance hall, accessed up three easy steps, you'll find yourself in front of the lift that leads directly to the fifth floor where, up one further single comfortable and wide flight of stairs, you gain access to the private entrance of the apartment comprising a very large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and with two bathrooms completing the comfort along with three bedrooms. Other things to note The building is located very centrally. Nearby you will find some of the pizzerias and clubs that are most popular with the people of Catania. This area gets very busy on Saturday evenings. Check-in is organised by appointment from 3 pm to 8 pm. After this time we ask for a small surcharge to cover our costs based on the arrival time because we live a considerable distance away and it is necessary for us to ask for the help of other people to see you in. For this reason, for check-in from 8.30 pm to 11 pm a surcharge of €25 payable on arrival. For check-in from 11 pm to midnight, a surcharge of €30 is payable on arrival. For checkin from midnight to 1 am a surcharge of €50 is payable on arrival. It is not possible to organise check-in after 1 am and guests will be welcomed the next morning from 9 am onwards.
