Playa Negra Surf House, waterfront and views!

We hope you enjoy our beautiful Playa Negra home, as we enjoy sharing it with others while we travel. Gated community and very safe. Short walk to three beaches including a top surf beach, plus a small pool in our garden. We are digital nomads so we have 100mbps fiber optic internet, plus a backup internet, and a battery backup system, so overall really reliable work from home setup. Furniture is all new, couches, mattresses, etc., so super comfy! The space Amazing views from most rooms in the house. Panoramic views of the whole area from the rooftop patio with daybed. Wake up hearing the sounds of the waves on the reef. We have been doing a lot of remodeling, so the house is getting nicer and nicer as time goes on. More pictures coming soon. We just rent this when we travel, so some of our clothes and personal belongings will be in the house when you stay. We love it here and think this is the best place in Costa Rica you could possibly stay, we hope you will feel the same and love our home and friendly neighborhood as much as we do! Guest access This is a gated community so I will need full names of all guests in advance to let the guards know. The beach is walking distance, and there are a lot of delivery options for groceries, there are a few restaurants walking distance away too, but it is a small town. Other things to note Please note that, like most places in Costa Rica, there is a lot of growth going on and several houses in the community are currently under construction, including one a few lots over from our house, and now one behind us as well. Maid service is included 3x per week for 5 hours per day. The pool is cleaned every Thursday and the garden is serviced every Friday.
