Brand new furnished vacation apartment with cozy atmosphere, premium bed, terrace and garden for playing and barbecuing. The space The apartment is on the first floor with a terrace. One bedroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed. There is a staircase going up, but the apartment is empty and locked. You have the entire lower accommodation for yourself and do not have to share anything. A highchair and a foldable baby gate that can be placed in the bedroom are also provided. Just let us know if you need it and we can prepare it for you. Free Wi-Fi is of course also available. Netflix access as well. AirBnB hygiene concept I follow Airbnb's 5-step enhanced cleaning process. This is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook, which was developed in partnership with experts. Here are the main points: - I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob. - I use cleaners and disinfectants recommended by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. - I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists. - I provide extra cleaning supplies, so guests can clean as they stay if they want. - I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. Guest access It is a 2-minute walk to the lake. We have two SUPs with trailers. You can rent them together with a portable kettle grill and enjoy the lake in peace and quiet after an extensive day of exploring Lake Constance. Bus stops 200 meters, department stores 1 km, the city center 3 km away can also be easily reached with our bicycles via the bike path by the lake. (We also have bicycles for you. No super bikes, but absolutely ok for leisurely bike rides.) Lake access 300 meters, FN beach 2 km (great by bike), Fischbach lakeside resort 2 km (beach and swimming pool). There are also restaurants around the corner. One that really has the best hamburgers you've ever had (500 meters). Another is a real insider tip, located right on the lake and somewhat hidden. Breakfast rolls are available in the nearby shopping center or the Kloos bakery (about 800 meters) The bikes in the garage have a small breakfast basket, with which you can cycle in 5 minutes. Other things to note To be fair, it must be mentioned that the house with the apartment is located on a busy road. There's the garden in between. When sleeping, you will not have any problems, as there is less traffic in the evening and hardly any at night and the windows are also very well insulated. However, if you linger on the terrace in the lounge corner during the day, the traffic is already noticeable. That's why you can still barbecue, chill or play in the garden.
