Beautiful Property with View & Private Heated Pool

The Relais de Montgeoffroy is an XVIIIth century farmhouse located on the heights of Saint Jean de Côle, classified village, 3km from town. The property is surrounded with woods and hills, in a private park of meadows and forests. Formerly used as a farm and barn, the estate mainly cultivated vines, then pine resin, before falling into disuse at the beginning of the twentieth century. The renovation of the building, which began in 1969, was completed in 2018. The space The house is very well equipped and spacious. The heated pool is equipped with bar tarpaulin security, but if you come with young children, we recommend that you inform us so that we set up the removable and approved security barrier with safety gates (less pretty, but that will leave you with peace of mind when the pool is open). The whole house is non smoking, however, ashtrays are at your disposal outside. Guest access A Car Port is available in the property to park 3 cars, however other cars can be parked in the driveway and in front of the house. Other things to note The house is located in a hamlet with few neighbors nearby, but we ask that you respect them. Therefore, we do not allow events to be organized. We have a 4G hotspot available, providing internet access both indoors and outdoors, as the hotspot is portable. A ping-pong table is available upon request, weather permitting. (We do not provide paddles and balls.) Numerous board games, books, foosball, and darts are available in the house. There is a pétanque court in the garden; please bring your boules or shuffleboard to enjoy it. The swimming pool is heated when the outside temperature is sufficient and is equipped with a safety cover in winter. When the cover is removed, it is equipped with an alarm. It is forbidden to charge electric vehicles using the house's electrical outlets! THE SOCKETS ARE NOT REINFORCED AND THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM IS NOT DESIGNED TO SUPPORT THE LOAD.
