DEER RUN CABIN, a cozy cabin in the woods.

Welcome to Deer Run Cabin. A comfortable two bedroom cabin set on three acres of beautiful wooded land situated just outside the town of Ellicottville. The cabin is a three minute drive to Hollimont Ski Club, four minutes into the town of Ellicottville, and a five minute drive to Holiday Valley Ski Club. Minutes to state land for hikers and hunters. A perfect mix of privacy and convenience. The space After purchasing this tiny cabin (July 2017), we have spent countless hours fixing it up with still more plans(it seems never ending). This is a family cabin, not a full time rental. We are interested only in excellent renters who will treat our cabin and property with care and respect. It's an awesome little spot and we'd like to make sure it stays that way. Our cabin is perfect for one or two couples or a family of four. Both the bedrooms feature a queen size memory foam mattress for a super comfortable sleep. Out side we have free parking and both a front and back patio, the back patio over looks the fire pit, and the fabulous outdoor bar area. Enjoy a delicious home cooked meal in our well equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances. Gather around the dining table to eat or play games. *for your safety this cabin follows strict COVID19 cleaning recommendations. Guest access Guests will have full use of the cabin and the property, except our locked utility closet, in the main floor bedroom.(there is a no guest access sign on the door). Also guests will not have access to our locked utility shed, located in the driveway. We ask that you use the back door, this is where the smart lock on the door will be. Once you are booked, I will provide you with a code for the door. The code is valid for the length of your stay and changes for each guest. Cell phone service is spotty at our cabin, make sure you know the entry code so you can check in and hook up to wifi quickly. Other things to note In case of allergies, guests should be aware that this a pet friendly home. We also use down filled duvets on the beds in the winter, and have cow hyde and lambskin rugs. The steps going up to the loft bedroom are steep. During winter, we have someone to plow the lane, you may have to shovel at the back door if snow accumulation. There is a bin of salt at the back door.
