Beautiful family home with panoramic sea views

A light and spacious Edwardian house which boasts breath-taking sea views from the garden, sitting room, kitchen and master bedroom. Situated just a few moments walk from the Old High Street, Prince of Wales Pier, Falmouth Art Gallery, Kimberley Park and the many lovely independent shops and fantastic restaurants Falmouth has to offer. Gylly Beach, the Maritime Museum and Events Square are within twenty minutes walk. The space The spacious period property is set over two floors, with many original features including picture rails, sash windows and period fireplace. As you enter the hallway, there is a large shower room and WC to the right. To the left is the first reception room with bay window and fireplace, which opens out to a well-equipped kitchen with farmhouse table and sea-view. Beyond the kitchen, there is a further sitting room where you can relax and enjoy beautiful views out to Flushing, all the way to St Mawes from a large panoramic window. The pretty, well-maintained garden is a shared space with the flat below and can be accessed from the kitchen door and down some steps, enjoying the same fabulous sea- view. Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms which can sleep six (king, double and bunk beds) as well as a good-sized family bathroom. On-street parking is available outside the property. Please be aware that there is a flat below the house which may be rented to holiday-makers too. Both properties share the garden. Since this is a family home and we have three young children, we have plenty of toys and a playhouse for little ones. I can also provide a high-chair and travel cot, please just notify me in advance of your stay.
