Downstairs comprises of cosy lounge, dining room, hall room, downstairs bathroom, and kitchen. Outside has access to a conservatory/garden room (this room is an outdoor room effectively) Large gardens. Sea glimpses. Lots of car parking area Other things to note Property is situated on a single track road and down a long dirt track drive. You need to be a good driver to access the property. The house has steep steps down to the front door. Due to the age of the property, the top of the stairs (small landing area) has stairs/steps at different heights, the banister is lower than standard and the spindles distance is wider than standard. All perfectly safe, I just have to mention it. The cottage is an old stone house with original flag floors and bare wood floors, these add to the rustic feel of theproperty. The property has been renovated to high standards, but is a old stone cottage so might feel different to staying in a new house (adds to the charm!) Some of the furniture is antique so may have imperfections. The outside of the house has not yet been renovated - the paintwork is yet to be painted and the garden in places is very wild.
