The space The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of Ljubljana Sports Park (ŽAK stadium) in Šiška district. The location provides daily recreation (jogging, football and tennis courts, fitness). You can reach the center of the city in just 5 minutes by car. Celovška cesta is 10-minute walk away from the apartment (Stara cerkev LPP bus station). In the immense vicinity drives bus n.18 (Tiki LPP bus station). The apartment is 40m2 big and it's suitable for an individual or a couple. In the apartment you will find an entrance hall, bathroom, sleeping room and kitchen with dining area. Apartment has everything you need to feel like home. Kitchen is fully equipied. There is double bed in the apartment. The heating is on the city heating system, but during hot summer days you can use a brand new AC Tesla too. In the apartment is a free wifi (100/10 Mbit/s). The apartment has a garden measuring 10m2 behind the house. There are several free parking spaces in front of the house too. WIRELESS INTERNET, WASHING MACHINE, AIR CONDITIONING, HAIR DRYER INCLUDED! Guest access In the entire house there are six apartments, each with it's own entrance. There is a common staircase. I do not live in this house, so you will be alone there.
