Iris Cottages and Resort is a quiet, peaceful, spacious, lovely relaxing space in a tranquil setting, a complete labour of love in Kullu Valley in the Himalayan hills. This lovely setup is spread across 6 acres of an apple orchard with a beautifully maintained garden and lawn with a private parking area within the premise. The space The cottage is very spacious and could hold many guests which can easily accommodate 9 guests in 3 bedrooms standalone private space. The large bedroom, lounge, kitchen, living hall, and toilet will add comfort to your stay. We now have the whole premise connected with wireless high-speed internet so guests staying here with their work can comfortably work here. It is a 3 bedroom villa built on 3 floors. Its ground floor houses a spacious living area with a Dining area, couches, open kitchen with a basic kitchenette. It has direct access to the outdoor backyard/ garden that opens to the apple orchard and the lawn at the front. Our front desk is situated in the central cottage that provides a 24-hour service. Staff at the front desk can assist our guests with various services, such as renting bikes, arranging trips and treks, etc. A seating area in the garden by the lobby can be used by guests to enjoy our drinks and snacks. A selection of books and table games are provided freely to the guests. Bonfire can be arranged on request in the common Lawn. The resort houses a cafe cum restaurant that provides in-room dining options. Breakfast, day dining, and drink can easily be ordered from the villa and will be brought to you by our staff. A variety of Indian and Continental cuisine are offered. The Resort has an in-house bakery as well and bakes brown bread, different varieties of cookies, cakes, Ice cream, Muesli, etc. The Cafe also serves a variety of soft drinks as well as tropical beverages throughout the day. Guest access You are very welcome to stroll through the garden, though we do not allow you to pluck apples and flowers during the season. You can use the lawn and open areas on the premises to play badminton and other games too. There is a common seating area on the lawn and your private garden with each cottage. Other things to note For extra bed - Extra mattress would be made available for an extra person for a room. We provide a starter amount for the log burner ie. Wood, kindling, fire lighting equipment. If you wish to purchase more from us please let us know. Breakfast/food can be purchased on order. The Resort has an in-house bakery as well and bakes brown bread, different varieties of cookies, cakes, Ice cream, Muesli, etc. Room Heating in winters: We provide Room Heaters (which are a Dual carbon rod pillar heater) on request which is chargeable separately.
