The Villas with infinity pool in the island of Kea is located by the very exclusive area of Koundouros on the front of blue-green translucent waters, protected from northern strong “meltemia” summer winds.The closest sandy beach is at a distance of 80m, where the guest can enjoy his privacy. The next organized beach is 200m away with the potential of water sports and a beach bar. An other option is 800m away, where an organized beach with restaurant, bar, sunbeds and playground is offered. The space The Villa is unique because its location itself provides quality Greek holidays, comfort to its guests right next to the water, aesthetic perfection, privacy and tranquility in high-quality accommodation. Sea and Stone luxury Villa is a newly built unique construction which was completed in 2015 and at 2020 we finished the constructions of the infinity pool , and is perfectly adjusted to the landscape in the cubistic style of the island Kea, which blends similarly with the barren Cycladic surroundings. In an altitude of 20 meters the house has a view overlooking a part of Koundouros gulf. It has been tastefully decorated in modern fabrics and furniture in a pleasant combination with the traditional stone elements of the island. Surrounded by nature the Villa stands on a property of about 2.300sq.m. The Villa “Sea” of 120 sq.m and the Suite “Stone” of 50sq.m. are offered to our guests and are ideal to accommodate up to 10 people. Both residences have different entrances, outside areas, shaded private parking spaces with capacity of four cars and access to a 60 sq.m. of real shaded terrace with sea and sunset view , hardwood outside furniture , lounge chairs - BBQ and one open plan Home cinema from 1 week July since 30 August one outdoor shower is also provided. The first level consists of an open plan fully equipped kitchen (ceramic cooker, cooker hood and refrigerator with freezer), as well as all the necessary dishes , dishwasher and Washing machine coffee maker – ruskmaker and water kettle are included) with a storage room offering numerous possibilities for the guests that would prefer cooking on their own for their family or friends. The residence is fully equipped with internal and external furniture, electrical appliances Linels and towels are also provided. Wi-Fi Internet access There is also a dining room area for max 6 persons which leads to the tastefully decorated and furnished living room with a fireplace and a flat 32” TV screen. The sofa here is comfortable enough that can be used as a bed in case of the occasional family’s extra guest. The bathroom is equipped with shower gel, shampoo, towels and hair dryer. A large outdoor shading sitting area is also part of the Villa. A plot of typical Greek plants, young olive trees and vegetable garden complete our guest’s delight. A beautiful staircase from the main hall leads to the upstair bedrooms. The upper level includes one double bedroom, a twin bedroom with a flat 32” TV screen and a sharing bathroom full with shower. Both bedrooms have access to sea view terrace. All rooms are air conditioned and all windows are equipped with pull down insect screens. we also offer a guestroom with an independent entrance which is fully equipped. The “Stone” Suite This residence is an independent part of the Villa. It lies in an amphitheatrical spot with Sea view. The suite “Stone” covers a total area of 50 sq.m in a single level and it is suitable for up to 4 guests. It encompasses the kitchen and the living room that includes a large sofa which can become a double bed, a spacious bedroom, one separate fully equipped bathroom and its own shaded terrace. The residence is fully equipped with internal and external furniture, electrical appliances (ceramic cooker, cooker hood and refrigerator with freezer), as well as all the necessary dishes , coffee maker – ruskmaker and water kettle are included). Linels and towels are also provided. Wi-Fi Internet access ,A 32” TV screen and air conditioning are also available. All windows are equipped with pull down insect screens. The outside area is fully decorated with typical Greek plants and trees creating a pleasant atmosphere to our guests Guest access Guests will have access to the whole areas and upon arrival will receive keys for each residence as well as two remotes for the garage door and alarm system.
