The house is in a green, peaceful, clear and not overlooked environment. It is south/west facing, which allows it to have sun all day. The garden is also sunny. 150 m from the coastal path, access to the GR34 is direct. 250 m from shops, beach, restaurants/bars, port, nautical center and multiple family-friendly activities. House is great for families, couples, hikers. Cars can stay in the parking lot.
