Beautiful location on a 4000 m² plot in a quiet forest edge location directly on the nature reserve "Rüdigsdorfer Schweiz" with 1000 m ² large swimming pond with fish stock (fishing not desired). In a northern location to the city of Nordhausen, it is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Harz or the southern Harz foreland such as the Kyffhäuser. Distance to the station of the historic Harzquerbahn and tram about 10 minutes to the city center of Nordhausen 3 km. The space The vacation home was completed in August 2021 and completely newly furnished. Heating is provided by an automatic pellet stove, which heats the ground floor via underfloor heating and the rooms in the attic via radiators. The kitchen is fully equipped (including dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob). The ground floor is barrier-free. In the bedroom on the ground floor there is a box spring bed and a large sliding door wardrobe. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and a hot tub for 2 people. The cozy seating combination in the parlor can be converted into a double bed if needed. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs in the living area. The attic is reached by a spiral staircase. There are two bedrooms and another bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. In one bedroom is a double bed and in the other two single beds. In both bedrooms there is a large wardrobe. All windows can be darkened with electric shutters. Guest access There are still seats for 6 people on the terrace. The terrace can be shaded with an electric illuminated awning and an umbrella. A charcoal grill is also provided. Interesting circular hiking trails in beautiful relaxing scenery for all ages start and end right at the vacation home. Free parking spaces are on the premises.
