A huge communal roof terrace, right next to the flat, is perfect for enjoying the Barcelona sun or drying your clothes. The space The flat has everything you need to feel at home in Barcelona. The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge, induction cooker, oven, full-size, dishwasher, plates, pots and pans, glasses, cutlery, toaster, water boiler a Nespresso coffee machine and a few coffees to get you started. There's a stereo system (HomePods), great WiFi, a large, flat screen TV, AppleTV, Ikea smart home lighting, air condition, heating and electric blinds. Everything was refurbished with a lot of love, attention to detail and highest quality standards. It is brand new and freshly renovated in late 2018 so it is expected to be handled with care. We prefer renting to working individuals or couples who like to live cleanly and responsibly and we will do our best to make sure you feel welcome from the first moment including tips of where to go out to eat and get around in the neighbourhood. If you would like a cleaning lady, let us know, we can organise that for you. Cleaning utensils, ironing board and iron are all provided. So are towels. You have a full closet just for yourself and a set of drawers in the bedroom. The other two closets contain the owners personal belongings and are locked - apart from that the flat will feel totally like your own. Guest access There's a communal terrace right next to the flat - you can use it to sunbathe, have your morning coffee or let your clothes dry in the warm air of Barcelona.
