All three bedrooms feature a total of 4 comfy, queen-sized beds, the office has a pull out full sized futon & an air mattress is available. Hi speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. The living room is equipped with a 60 in. Smart TV for your comfort and entertainment. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you would require during your stay. The space All bedrooms are carpeted and every bedroom including the living area has a ceiling fan. This ranch style home is perfect for small groups, families and elderly as there is literally only one step to access the home. *We are not handicapped accessible* Guest access Full use of kitchen, washer & dryer and 3 bedrooms, office and two and half baths. Garage is off limits Other things to note Garage is completely closed off and unavailable for guest access. Cameras are outside the home monitoring entry and exits. Must be 25 or older to book. This is for insurance purposes. To avoid any confusion, the person BOOKING the reservation must be 25 and your ID will be verified upon check in. There are no exceptions. -There is a $250 deposit to book the home. The deposit is fully refundable and is held in the event there is any damage to the home. A request will follow shortly after accepting the booking from the resolution center.
