Enjoy a stay in a very comfortable home while you rest or visit family. Cheers! Sonny's Place is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath house with covered parking for two vehicles. The house enjoys a private yard with large, mature oak trees for shade and outdoor social space. The living spaces are comfortable, with a large front room and fully-equipped kitchen. The perfect getaway for a restful time away from home. Two-car carport available, perfect for vehicles or motorcycles. The mission, city park, and downtown are within 5 minutes walking distance. The Camp Wood Hills Bridge public river access point is a 15 minute walk away. Everything is accessible by car within moments. For finding Sonny's, it can be difficult as many of the streets in Camp Wood don't have great signage. 7th Street runs beside the Post Office and the Post Office is on the east side of Nueces Street, which is also HWY 55. Sonny's is just one building off of Nueces Street to the east and is on the left side of 7th Street with Nueces Street behind you. If you go west on 7th Street, towards the bank, it is called River Road and within minutes, you see the beautiful Nueces River. Carport is behind the house via the driveway to the right of the house.
