It overlooks a private greenbelt not available to the general public. Guest access Must go down two flights of stairs to access private suite which has a bedroom with a queen bed, a futon, and a living room with a large sectional sofa and television. There is also a deck which has a dining table and casual seating on it to enjoy the beautiful view of the green belt. Prior to check- in you will receive a text message with a link to a short video. The video will outline where to park, as well as, how to access the property. Other things to note We require first and last names of all individuals that will be staying on the property, and do not allow visitors at any time. This includes food delivery. Please plan on meeting them on the driveway. This is not a property meant for parties or large groups as the home is located in a quiet residential area where respecting neighbors is a top priority. Please note that we observe quiet hours from 10PM-7AM, and no pets allowed.
