Other things to note This is the upper part of private residential home located just north of Toronto city limits in South Vaughan. You will have the space all to yourself during your stay. Please note: 1. Preference is to have only ONE person here at a time. Hence, it is a very reasonable rate for ONE person. *** $75 per night will apply for each undisclosed guests. This includes people visiting for 'dinner' or 'coffee'. Only people that are confirmed at the start of the reservation are allowed through the front door. Please be upfront, I am reasonable and happy to negotiate if you have a compelling reason for others to visit. I only have one double bed available. 2. I live in the house but go to another - separate floor in a completely self-contained space during your visit. The house has a unique layout. Paths will never cross. 3. Due to severe allergies; - pets and service animals cannot be accommodated. - no smoking - anywhere on the property, apologies but you must go to the street or risk $100 fine per incident. Harsh? The house is just north of Highway 407 which is great for access to anywhere in Toronto. In the summer, with the windows open, there is potential for traffic noise. Please research my location. It is an affluent, very residential area just north of Toronto city limits. My neighbours are fantastic. I would suggest a car is needed. Transit is sparse after business hours. You can walk to Transit. It is 1km walk to Highway 7 for bus and then a 4km bus ride to Metropolitan Subway Station.
