View of the lake and volcanoes in the area. 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, equipped kitchen, wood heating, cable TV and WiFi. A unique, rural place, without noise, quiet, safe and just 5 minutes (by vehicle) from the Frutillar waterfront. The House is exclusively for those who book it. It is rented in full and can be booked for 2 to 8 people. The space Our house can accommodate up to 8 people, including adults, young people and children, each sleeping in their own bed. Guest access We have a large garden, beach chairs, a grill, and a terrace to enjoy an exquisite barbecue. Other things to note Important Conditions: I'm sorry, but I've had to introduce some rules based on the experience and behavior of different guests. - Smoking is prohibited anywhere in our facilities. - Once the number of people has been established, NO more GUESTS OR VISITORS are allowed during your stay (including adults, youth, and children). - We don't have maid service during any season. Towels and sheets are NOT changed during your stay. - Firewood is exclusively for heating the house. Using it for barbecues (buy charcoal) and bonfires (bonfires are forbidden) is forbidden. - No pets are allowed in the house (in exceptional cases, please contact us first). - We don't have a breakfast or meal service. - No parties, events, or loud music that interferes with the peace of our neighbors. Therefore, speakers are not allowed.
